That F*ckin’ SmartBro Call Agent

I was pissed earlier by a Customer Service Representative of Smartbro. This happened early this morning when I called their support desk to help me figure our how to activate my connection. Actually I’m a bit surprised when I opened my browser and it redirected to the Smartbro portal. The portal page is a new website, and though it is a legitimate website, I became worried when it did not accept my account details (when I entered them). Eventually, they locked my account (it later showed up on the login page). That prompted to call their tech support. I had a long conversation with the guy in their tech support center, but the only best thing he had done was to restore my account, but still, I could not login to their portal page.

After about 20 minutes of trying all the things he was telling me to do, I opened my browser for another time and tell him.

Me: Sandali lang ha. It takes about 2 minutes kasi bago mag-load yung portal. Intayin lang natin.
Smart: Ok sir. Intayin nyo na lang po. (Then he cut the call off)
