I do not know if it is only a matter of coincidence that when you are running out of time doing something, that is when things get messed up. There were a lot of times I was rushing a paper or meeting a deadline that my PC didn’t boot normally, or the printer didn’t print, or ink just run out. This is the reason why there are instances I hate to use technologies. The reason is that instead of helping me do my tasks easier, things just get more complicated when these technologies did not work as they are supposed to.Since it is very significant for me that I should always be able to use these technologies, especially my PC, one of my main considerations is the support that the company behind a particular product offers. Microsoft Windows Vista for instance, offers new features and other enhancements not found in the previous versions of Windows. There are also peculiarities that left me clueless since I am not a power user as far as this great operating system is concerned. I am thankful that their customer service team offers full support and resources to assist customers like me who at times need a lot of assistance in using the operating system. Their friendly and highly trained staff are very reliable and confident in assuring that things will run smoothly, leaving a fully satisfied customer in me.
