I just received an email from Paypal which formally informs me that withdrawals from Paypal to my local bank here in the Philippines is now officially available. They even provide a page which contains the step-by-step instructions on how to withdraw money using the facility. What is more interesting in this email is that they already provided the bank codes needed for withdrawals, not a SWIFT CODE, as I mentioned in my previous post.
